Complete Preparation
Exterior paint has to stand up to rain, wind, sun, and everything else that Mother Nature throws at it. In order to ensure a long-lasting paint job, we thoroughly prepare all the surfaces we paint. We offer power washing and use a special tool to feather edges where old paint is peeling. We then sand and scrape the surface to prepare it for primer application. All raw wood must be primed to ensure good paint adhesion.
We also caulk all wood siding, joints, and trim. Note that caulking is for cosmetic purposes only and should not be relied upon for stopping leaks, as it would only be a temporary fix. To fix cracks in stucco, we use a special elastomeric patch, which seals the cracks and prevents them from reappearing.

Typically, a good exterior painting should last an average of 8-12 years, depending on your environment. But if you notice an unusual paint failure in the form of peeling, chipping, blistering, etc. within three years, do call us quickly, and we will come over without delay.
We would employ our resources to correct the defect without requesting any payment from you.
However, we will only execute a free repair if the defect developed out of poor workmanship on our part. This is because so many other natural occurrences can cause paint failure, such as the humidity within your property being too high.
Therefore, our three-year warranty excludes the following conditions:
✓ Cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction.
✓ Cracks caused by the accumulation of unwanted materials on the wall, causing discoloration to the paint
✓ Cracks caused by accident or abuse
✓ Weather induced problems, including temperature changes, humidity, and other related problems
✓ Defects on horizontal surfaces such as porches and decks as these are more prone to manual damage
✓ Defects caused by structural problems in the building, such as settling
